ADD SPINACH TO YOUR SMOOTHIES

A handful or two of spinach in a smoothie will give you a daily boost of greens without any off-putting flavor. Be sure to blend it well and you’ll never know the difference. If the green (or brown, depending on what else is in your smoothie) color puts you off, put it in an opaque cup with a lid and pretend it’s pretty.
