YOU CAN OVERDO IT
It’s possible to get too much of a good thing. If you’re eating a lot of olive oil, you may feel fuller than you would if you had a lighter vinaigrette, for example. In turn, you could eat less fruits, vegetables, grains, and lean proteins than you would otherwise. Some people may not notice any decrease in appetite with excessive use of olive oil and could still overeat (and not all good things). When the calories and fat from the oil combine with everything else, it could lead to weight gain and the health risks that may come with that.
